Investors still flocking to Penang: Guan Eng

BUTTERWORTH: The Barisan Nasional should not point fingers at other parties for the slowdown in the flow of investments into the country but instead it should look at the problems faced by the Federal Government which the coalition rules, said Chief Minister Lim Guan Eng.
