GEORGE TOWN: Citing sections from the state legislative assembly Standing Orders was the "order" of the day at the state legislative assembly sitting, which resulted in the Speaker having to intervene several times to bring the House to order.
The morning session of the debate was dominated by RSN Rayer (DAP-Seri Delima) and Datuk Azhar Ibrahim (BN-Penaga), both of whom are well known for having a love-hate relationship.
