Penang orders collection of RM236,000 from Umno

GEORGE TOWN: The state government has ordered the Seberang Prai Municipal Council (MPSP) to collect more than RM236,000 in assessment arrears from Umno.
State Local Government, Traffic Management and Environment Committee chairman Chow Kon Yeow said his office has received a report that Umno owed MPSP RM236,558.24 in backdated arrears for between one to 10 years.
