No bail for labourer charged with killing his baby

GEORGE TOWN: A labourer charged with causing the death of his four-month-old daughter by throwing her onto a mattress failed in his bid for bail.
Sessions Court Judge Rosilah Yop rejected Mohamad Nasir Sulaiman’s (pic) application for bail after hearing submissions by his counsel R.S.N. Rayer and DPP Tan Gin Han.
