Discovered: Federal buildings with no approvals

GEORGE TOWN: There are fourteen Federal Government buildings without building plans and planning approvals on the island of Penang.
There were also four such buildings that did not have planning approvals on the mainland, said State Local Government and Traffic Management Committee chairman Chow Kon Yeow Chow.
