Committee to study plans for dedicated bicycle lane

PENANG has set up a working committee to look into the idea of a dedicated bicycle lane in the state. State Local Government and Traffic Management Committee chairman Chow Kon Yeow said the initiative was an “official step forward” to making the roads in Penang bicycle-friendly.
