PENANG is set to receive about RM700 million in investments from two companies this week, says InvestPenang's executive committee chairman Datuk Lee Kah Choon.
Lee said the state government would be finalising the deals with the companies which would then be followed by the signing of agreements to purchase the land for their plants.
"We need to finalise a few issues first before signing the agreements with the companies which will be based in the mainland," he told a media briefing in Penang today.
