PEOPLE having their breakfast at several coffee shops in Island Glades in George Town, Penang, were caught by surprise when Seri Delima assemblyman R.S.N Rayer distributed face masks to them.

    Seri Delima people are lucky to have such a caring and responsible assemblyman.

    Compare to my BN constituency, nothing has been done to create awareness of this deadly pandemic influenza A (H1N1).
