PETALING JAYA: The DAP has revealed a 14-point proposed Budget 2009 which, among others, aims to protect oil revenue, invest in education and create an efficient transport system.
It said it would also renegotiate contracts, implement a fair wage policy, have an open, competitive and transparent tender system as well as for auctions and to revitalise Malaysian small and medium industries.
The budget proposed to restructure personal income taxes, introduce green taxes and to revive the information communications and technology sector.
