Hindu devotees celebrate mini Thaipusam

GEORGE TOWN: Hindu devotees carrying paal kudam (milk pots) climbed the 277 steps to the Sri Arulmigu Balathandayuthapani hilltop temple in Jalan Air Terjun to celebrate Chitrapournami which began on Friday.
