Rep sees red over delay in repairs

AN assemblyman is fuming over a delay in the repair of a broken drain in the Island Glades residential area in Penang.
Seri Delima assemblyman R.S.N. Rayer claimed that what was once a small hole in the drain at Lorong Delima 9 has become a big one due to the delay.
