THE Balik Pulau Magistrate's Court today acquitted and discharged Teh Hooi Wen, the mother of murdered Shearwel Ooi Ying Ying, of taking methaphetamine.
In his submission, defence lawyer R.S.N. Rayer said there were clear contradictions in the witnesses' evidence particularly regarding Teh's urine test.
